UIC Human Resources use a number of systems supporting the faculty and staff on the UIC campus.
These systems are:
The Human Resources system of record.
Administrative system used to process electronic employment applications.
System for processing and storage of federal Form I-9, including E-Verify when appropriate.
System used to process personnel transactions.
An interface for completing Annual Salary Changes for Budgeted Employees;
An interface for completing department-level Human Resources transactions
An interface for HR Offices to complete employment transactions, including those generated by employees through NESSIE
Enables University employees to view employment-related information, such as benefits, policies, and training opportunities. Employees may also conduct personnel transactions online via secured self-service applications.

Access to the HR systems must be request by your unit security contact (USC).
