UIC’s Employee Performance Review Process is competency-based and development focused. A collaborative process between managers and employees, it encompasses actions throughout the year. Beginning with setting performance expectations, creating a development plan, and consistently seeking guidance, the process culminates with the annual performance review at the end of each academic year.
