What does it mean to be a leader in an organization? Leadership is a discipline that takes practice; not about position or title. It’s about developing effective relationships with followers and inspiring them to higher levels of performance.
Traditionally, leadership has been taught through role modeling, but a leader does not develop through trying to be more like someone else. Each individual needs to identify how they can become an inspiring leader.
In this session we will explore the leadership development framework of ‘Why Should Anyone Be Led By You?’ – a most-downloaded Harvard Business Review article and a best-selling book by London Business School professor Rob Goffee and Gareth Jones.
